⭐ 2. RTT® Session Overview
A full session typically runs for 90 minutes to 2 hours, entirely online via online platforms such as Google Meet/WhatsApp or FaceTime.
Here’s what happens:
You’ll settle into a calm space, free from interruptions
We dive into hypnosis, with you fully awake and in control
I guide you to uncover your core beliefs and past triggers
A bespoke audio recording is created, with your goals and reframes
RTT® is different from talk therapy, it’s focused, powerful, and designed to work at the subconscious level. You’re not revisiting trauma endlessly, you’re moving forward.
⭐ 3. How Hypnosis Works in RTT® Sessions
Hypnosis in RTT® is a deeply relaxed, daydream-like state that feels like autopilot.
You remain conscious and fully aware, just more open and receptive.
This relaxed state allows your subconscious to release old patterns and accept new, empowering beliefs.
⭐ 4. RTT® Support After Your Session
To maximise results:
You’ll listen to your personalised recording daily (ideally morning or night during sleep transition)
We’ll have check-ins on days 1, 7, 14 and 21.
A final video review at 28 days to reflect and celebrate progress and check you’re still feeling strong, clear, and on track
This ongoing support builds momentum and integration, so your change isn’t temporary, it lasts.

What Happens If You Choose to Go Ahead
If you decide you’d like to book a session after your free consultation, I’ll send over the following:
📄 1. Intake Form
This short form lets you share some background, your specific challenge, and what you’d like to get out of our work together. It helps tailor the session to you, so you get the most out of it.
📑 2. Client Agreement
This includes terms and conditions, payment details, and a consent form for online signing. It’s all secure and straightforward.
You’ll be asked to complete both documents and make payment within 72 hours of receiving them to secure your booking.

You’ll also receive a link to my What to Expect page, which includes FAQs and extra info to help you feel fully prepared. Please give it a read before your session.
🛋️ Preparing for Your Online RTT® Session
On the day, set yourself up somewhere calm and private, a quiet room where you can sit or lie down comfortably, ideally with your neck supported (a chair, sofa, or bed works perfectly).
Please make sure:
You won’t be disturbed (pop pets in another room if needed)
All other phones or devices are off or silent
The device you’re using for the session is fully charged and on silent mode
You’re seated or lying with your arms and legs uncrossed, this helps the process flow more smoothly
During the session, everything we talk about is completely confidential. I’ll guide you through every step, and you’ll always be in control. Hypnosis is simply a relaxed, focused state, you can still talk, ask questions, and respond at any time.
🎧 After the Session
You’ll receive a bespoke audio recording, created specifically for your goals and outcomes. Listening to this daily is a powerful part of the process, it helps your mind fully embrace the new, empowering beliefs and changes we create together.
