Does it really work?
American leading Psychiatrists have proven that we can influence our thoughts under hypnosis. Given that our subconscious mind is responsible for 90% of our actions, if we can change our mind we can change our behaviour as well.
Hypnosis alters the conscious mind in such a way that the conscious thinking mind gives way to our subconscious emotional mind as this mind has more power and is bigger.
In hypnosis you can remember events from many years ago in perfect clarity, you can have perfect recall and from this point onwards you can change your mental programming.

Your mind is extraordinary
Every thought you think creates a response in your body. Your thoughts create a physical or emotional reaction. Your subconscious mind can influence your healing. The mind can communicate with the body and command it to make changes. Using Command Cell Therapy, your mind can replace anxiety and worry with calmness and relaxation.
Understanding yourself and your thinking process on a very deep level helps you to realise the emotional connections to seemingly unrelated distant issues of the past that affect you today and which cause you pain. It’s the understanding of these connections that is the crucial point.
My job as your therapist is to help you to access those subconscious connections which cause you pain today. Once understood it is then clear how the thoughts and connections affected you throughout your life. We can then use techniques leading to powerful change!
Your mind is incredibly powerful
Your thoughts trigger images and pictures and the emotions that go with them. These images and emotions trigger attitudes and actions. Your actions then have consequences and results that determine what happens to you.
RTT pinpoints how our mind controls our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. You can know with unshakable confidence that your mind will be able to tell you the exact reason why you have a certain behaviour or belief.
RTT identifies the link to our past
During our early years we formed assumptions and beliefs. Maybe a teacher or parent or someone in authority inadvertently criticised and was short and snappy with us. The person may have been unaware of the powerful effect and consequences of their words. We then felt hurt and formed false beliefs about ourselves. At this very young age we experienced helplessness, unpleasant feelings and confusion.
The energy from those feelings we experienced as small children, if not dealt with, remain in our subconscious mind. They may have lingered and reignited several times in different ways over the years into the present day without our realising their effects.
Unlike most other therapies, RTT does more than listen to, and manage your situation:
it actually helps you to be free of it.

What do I get in my session?
We know that clients are time-starved and in pain, both physical and emotional pain. They want results and they want to get on with their lives.
During the RTT session, we work together in confidence and safety, whilst all the time you are completely aware and fully in control of what is happening. Your mind knows instinctively what is in line with your best interest.
- RTT aims to deliver change in a single 90 minute session, although some clients and some issues may require up to three sessions.
- RTT enables you to access the core issue and underlying root cause.
- We focus on ‘mind and body connection’ in order to heal and repair.
- Within the session, RTT helps you to increase your own sense of self-worth so that you like yourself, feel good about yourself and believe in yourself.

Here are a few answers to the most common questions I am asked…
Each Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason, please block a full 2 hours in your calendar to make sure you’re not rushed.
The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working.
No, absolutely not. That’s an old wives’ tale. You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue. If our call gets disconnected you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and open your eyes.
Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science. It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too.
Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It’s really not important. The depth of your relaxation is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?” Just tell yourself the truth – “This is working” and it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective.
What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different from what was expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal – you’ll be OK.
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:
- Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away, immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.
- Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
- Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, depending on how deep the issue is, it can take up to 3 sessions. Some want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life in order to integrate the new beliefs and build new habits and behaviours.
Epilepsy, Bipolar and some mental conditions cannot be cured using RTT.
Cancer, Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Diabetes cannot be cured; however with RTT it is possible to help to alleviate symptoms and manage these conditions.
Sessions can be delivered on line.
We can use Skype or Zoom to deliver the sessions. Online is just as effective as ‘in person’ sessions. The majority of sessions are held online. Online enables the client to enjoy the freedom of being at home with out the need for travel.
