How It Works
We start with a free consultation call to discuss what’s going on for you and whether RTT is the right fit.
If you choose to go ahead, you’ll complete a short questionnaire to share your situation, symptoms, and goals.
We book a mutually convenient date for your RTT session.
You attend your 90–120 minute online RTT session via Google Meet, Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp Video.
After the session, you’ll receive your bespoke audio recording to listen to daily for 21 days.
We stay connected through support check-ins on days 1, 7, and 14, and a video review call on day 21 to reflect and adjust.
All sessions are held online, so you can experience transformation from the comfort of your own space.
