Your RTT hypnotherapy package includes:

  • A full 90–120 minute RTT® session (online)

  • A personalised hypnotherapy audio to rewire new beliefs

  • Ongoing support via  for 21 days, including voice calls on days, 1, 7 and 14. 

  • A follow-up video call to reflect, adjust, and support your progress

It’s a complete programme designed to help you shift out of anxiety and into a more confident, grounded version of yourself.

I offer a bespoke package depending on your needs, with most clients seeing results after just one session.

How It Works

  1. We start with a free consultation call to discuss what’s going on for you and whether RTT is the right fit.

  2. If you choose to go ahead, you’ll complete a short questionnaire to share your situation, symptoms, and goals.

  3. We book a mutually convenient date for your RTT session.

  4. You attend your 90–120 minute online RTT session via Google Meet, Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp Video.

  5. After the session, you’ll receive your bespoke audio recording to listen to daily for 21 days.

  6. We stay connected through support check-ins on days 1, 7, and 14, and a video review call on day 21 to reflect and adjust.

All sessions are held online, so you can experience transformation from the comfort of your own space.
