How it Works: Your 28-Day Path to Calm

All sessions are conducted online, ensuring you can remain in your own safe and familiar environment while we work together. This journey is designed to be supportive and structured, moving at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Free Consultation Call: We will discuss the fear you are facing and ensure that RTT® is the appropriate tool to help you reclaim your calm.

  • Discovery Form: You will complete a short form to outline your specific triggers and the goals you want to achieve.

  • Your RTT® Session: A dedicated 90 to 120 minute session held via Google Meet. You remain fully aware and in control while we uncover and resolve the root of the panic response.

  • Personalised Audio Recording: You will receive a bespoke recording to listen to daily for 28 days. This is a vital part of the process, helping to “wire in” new, calm responses and steady your nervous system.

  • Supported Integration: We will have regular check-ins on days 1, 7, 14, and 21. We then conclude with a review on day 28 to celebrate your new-found confidence and ensure you feel steady and secure.

Sessions start from £300. This covers the complete 28-day journey, including your bespoke recording and all follow-up support.

While many clients experience a profound shift in just one session, some prefer to add follow-up sessions to reinforce their progress or address deeper layers of a complex fear.

Phobia Hypnotherapy: Frequently Asked Questions

Will I be aware or “under” during the session?

This is a very common concern. You will be in a state of deep relaxation, but you remain fully aware and in total control throughout. You will be able to hear my voice and speak to me, and you will remember the entire experience. Think of it as a focused daydream where you are always in the driving seat.

Can one session really resolve a lifelong phobia?

Many clients experience a significant and lasting shift in just one session. Because RTT® addresses the subconscious root cause rather than just the surface symptoms, the change can be very rapid. However, for complex or multiple fears, some clients find that two or three sessions provide the most thorough and supportive result.

What if I cannot be hypnotised?

Almost everyone can enter the state of relaxation required for RTT®. It is a natural brain state that we all experience daily, such as when we are “lost” in a good book or arriving at a destination without remembering every turn of the drive. It does not require a specific personality type; it simply requires a willingness to follow simple instructions and a desire for change.

Will I have to “relive” my fear during the session?

The beauty of RTT® is that it allows us to look at the root cause from a safe, detached perspective. You are not “reliving” the event; you are “reviewing” it with the wisdom you have now. My role is to ensure you feel safe, supported, and calm as we update those old patterns.

How soon will I feel a difference?

There are three types of change with RTT®: immediate (feeling a shift right away), cumulative (noticing a steady improvement over the 28 days), and retrospective (looking back and realising the fear simply isn’t there anymore). Every individual is different, but the 28-day recording ensures the change is locked in for the long term.
