Hi I’m Joanna

I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Advanced Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) Practitioner, personally trained by Marisa Peer (see my listing on her Approved Therapists directory). I’m also the founder of Enhance Your Horizons, where I help clients overcome anxiety, build confidence, and reclaim calm through personalised online RTT® sessions.

For over seven years, I’ve focused exclusively on RTT® and Clinical Hypnotherapy, guiding hundreds of clients to break free from low confidence, self-doubt, and unhelpful habits.

My journey into hypnotherapy began over 25 years ago, exploring personal development, NLP, CBT, mindfulness, and behavioural profiling. Today, I work entirely online, supporting clients across the UK and worldwide with a compassionate, empowering, and results-driven approach.
