Short form – outline your phobia, symptoms, and goals.
Your RTT® session – 90–120 minutes online via Google Meet, Skype, FaceTime, or WhatsApp.
Personalised audio recording – listen daily for 28 days to reinforce changes and build calm, confident responses.
Ongoing support – check-ins on days 1, 7, 14, and 21, plus a review call on day 28 to celebrate progress and ensure you’re feeling confident and clear.

Sessions start from £300, depending on your individual needs and goals.
Many clients notice powerful shifts after just one session, while some choose follow-up sessions to reinforce progress or address additional areas.
