  4. You attend your 90–120 minute online RTT session via Google Meet, Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp Video.

  5. After the session, you’ll receive your bespoke audio recording to listen to daily for 28 days.

  6. We stay connected through support check-ins on days 1, 7, 14 and 21, and a video review call on day 28 to celebrate your progress and make sure you’re feeling strong and ready to move forward.
