How it works 

We’ll begin with a free consultation to chat about what’s going on for you and whether RTT® is the right approach.

If you decide to move forward, you’ll complete a short form to outline your current challenges, symptoms, and goals.

We’ll then schedule your RTT® session at a time that works for you.

Your session will take place online (via Google Meet, Skype, FaceTime, or WhatsApp Video) and typically lasts around 90-120 minutes.

Afterwards, you’ll receive a bespoke audio recording to listen to daily for 21 days, this is a key part of the transformation process.

You’ll also get personalised support with check-ins on days 1, 7, and 14, followed by a review call on day 21 to reflect and fine-tune if needed.

All sessions are online, so you can feel calm, relaxed, and safe in your own space as you work through and release your phobia.
