THERAPY FOR A CALM MIND
Overcome Overthinking & Constant Worry with RTT®
Your needs, your experience
People often come to me when they are tired of analysis paralysis, that feeling of being stuck because every decision feels weighted with worry. There is a subconscious reason why your mind feels the need to stay on high alert, and it is never because you are weak or doing life wrong.
For a lot of people, overthinking does not just stay in the mind. It builds into overwhelm. That feeling of being mentally overloaded, unable to switch off, or flooded by too many thoughts at once. Overwhelm is not a sign that you are failing to cope. It is a sign that your mind has been working far too hard for far too long, trying to keep you safe.
What this support can help you with
Silencing the mental chatter and background noise of worry
Understanding the root cause of why your mind stays on high alert
Breaking the cycle of replaying past events or imagining future problems.
Restoring mental clarity and the ability to make decisions with ease
Feeling safe and grounded in the present moment again
A Specialist Approach
I specialise in helping thoughtful, professional people navigate the nuances of overthinking and high‑functioning anxiety. I work with clients across the UK and worldwide via online sessions. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and tailored. There is no pressure to perform and no judgement, just a dedicated space to unpick the patterns that have been keeping you stuck.
You deserve to feel a sense of mental peace again, and this page will walk you through how we make that shift together.

Jump straight to what matters to you:
What an Overactive Mind Really Looks Like
Overthinking isn’t just “worrying” it is an exhausting mental loop that affects your body, your sleep, and your self-worth. You do not need to have panic attacks for your anxiety to be valid; it often shows up as a quiet, constant “background hum”.
Common signs that your mind is on high alert:
Analysis Paralysis: Constantly replaying conversations or over-analysing small decisions.
The “3 AM Committee”: Difficulty sleeping because your brain won’t stop scanning for problems.
The People-Pleasing Trap: Saying “yes” to avoid the anxiety of a potential conflict.
High-Functioning Burnout: Feeling drained because you are over-preparing to feel “safe”.

The Inner Critic: Doubting your abilities despite your professional success.
Physical Tension: A tight chest, racing heart, or “brain fog” from mental fatigue.
Sometimes the mind also goes back to moments where you felt dismissed, overlooked, or quietly undermined especially in work environments where someone in authority was competitive with you, took your ideas, or withheld praise. Even long after you’ve left the team, your mind may replay the scene as if searching for a different ending. This isn’t you being stuck. It’s your system trying to soothe the part of you that felt misjudged or powerless at the time.
It is important to remember: this is your mind trying to protect you. It has simply created a “safety loop” that is no longer serving you. Recognising these patterns is the first step toward breaking the cycle.
DIY Self-Check
If you are unsure if your overthinking has become a cycle of anxiety, consider these questions:
Have you felt “on edge” or nervous most days over the last 6 months?
Do you struggle to fall asleep because your mind is replaying the day?
Do you feel persistent tension in your shoulders, neck, or jaw?
Do you feel frustrated or “uptight” without a clear reason?
Answering “yes” to several of these suggests your mind is stuck in a stress response. While a GP can provide a formal diagnosis, acknowledging these signs right now is a powerful move toward finding relief.
How RTT® Quiets the Mental Noise
RTT® helps you understand the specific beliefs driving your overactive mind and gently shifts them at the root. It doesn’t just give you “coping strategies” it gives your mind a new way to feel safe, calm, and in control.
What Happens During Your Session
In a relaxed, focused state, we explore the subconscious beliefs behind your worry so you can:
Calm the “mental chatter” and find genuine headspace.
Shift the “not good enough” narrative that fuels perfectionism.
Let go of the need to control every outcome.
Rebuild trust in your own decisions.
Most clients feel a sense of clarity and relief after just one session. This is reinforced by your personalised 28-day audio, which helps “wire in” your new, calmer perspective.

Client Story: Finding Steadiness After a Distressing Moment
Sometimes anxiety doesn’t come from everyday stress, but from the way the mind keeps replaying a moment it didn’t know how to process. Read how a client in her 40s moved from spiralling thoughts and constant inner tension to feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded again.
This client came to me after a sudden, deeply upsetting experience that left her feeling mentally overloaded and unable to interrupt the spirals once they started. Together, we explored the emotional shock beneath her reactions and the part of her mind that had learned to stay on high alert, even when nothing was wrong.
Over the following weeks, she noticed her thoughts softening, her body settling, and a steadier sense of clarity returning, without the constant fear of being pulled back into the spiral.
“It felt like my mind kept dragging me back into the moment, even when I knew I was safe.”
Client Story: From Feeling Trapped by Fear to Regaining Control
Anxiety often shows up as a “shrunken” life, avoiding the social events, work meetings, or daily situations that trigger that familiar sense of dread.
A professional woman came to RTT® feeling exhausted by a cycle of overthinking and fear that had begun to dominate her daily life. Together, we uncovered the subconscious links between “safety” and “fear,” allowing her to finally release the need to constantly worry about what might happen.
By shifting these patterns at the root, she regained the mental space to stay calm, grounded, and fully present. Her story is a powerful reminder that you don’t have to live at the mercy of your thoughts.
“I started to realise that I could guide my thoughts rather than feeling caught up in them. I’ve been feeling calmer and more at ease in situations that used to make me anxious.”
Client Story: Breaking the Cycle of Overthinking and People-Pleasing
For many, anxiety does not look like panic. Instead, it looks like “doing too much”. It is the exhausted mind that cannot stop scanning for mistakes, the habit of saying “yes” to everyone else, and the heavy weight of putting yourself last.
A client sought support to address chronic overthinking and a deep-seated need to please others. These were patterns that left her feeling emotionally burnt out and trapped by “what if” scenarios. Together, we uncovered the root: a childhood belief that she had to be the “good girl” and earn her worth through self-sacrifice.
By reframing these outdated beliefs, she was able to release the fear of disapproval and set clear, healthy boundaries. She moved from a state of constant mental noise to a place of self-trust, finally feeling strong, empowered, and calm.
“I feel lighter, like I have finally stopped carrying a weight I did not realise was there. I am calmer, less reactive, and I actually feel hopeful again.”
See Real Change with RTT®
Many people come to RTT® feeling stuck in mental loops, exhausted by overthinking, or weighed down by constant worry. Even small daily tensions can build up over time, affecting your sleep, your energy, and your overall confidence.
Most clients notice a positive shift after their first session. This progress is supported by your personalised hypnotherapy audio and my ongoing guidance over the following 28 days. This stage is often the beginning of lasting relief and a calmer, more grounded way of moving through life.
What Makes RTT® Hypnotherapy Different for Anxiety
Unlike traditional talk therapy, RTT® works directly with the subconscious patterns that fuel worry and self-doubt. Instead of talking around the problem week after week, we gently access the emotional roots of your stress and the specific beliefs that keep those loops in place.
In a calm, relaxed state, you are able to understand where those beliefs came from and begin to shift them. This approach does not just manage the symptoms of a busy mind: it helps you change the internal patterns that drive them. RTT® is designed to create deeper and more lasting change by working at the level where those subconscious habits were first formed.

Why Confidence & Anxiety Go Hand in Hand
Many people living with constant worry do not realise how closely it is linked to their sense of self-worth. That quiet inner voice saying “you are not doing enough” or “you might get it wrong” often fuels the need to overthink, people-please, and scan for mistakes.
Through our work together, we rebuild your sense of inner confidence. As your self-worth strengthens, the need for the mind to stay on high alert begins to lose its grip. This is the transformation RTT® is designed to support: lasting relief, greater self-trust, and a calmer, more empowered version of you.
What Does an RTT® Session Cost?
Sessions start from £300, depending on your individual needs and goals. Many clients notice a significant shift after just one session, while others choose follow-up sessions to explore additional areas or deepen their transformation.
If you are unsure what is right for you, we can talk it through during your free consultation. There is no pressure: it is simply a chance to see what feels like the best fit for your situation.

Your Questions, Answered with Care
Because a calm mind starts with clarity.
A: Most clients experience a significant shift after just one session. For deep-seated or complex overthinking patterns, two to three sessions may be recommended, but the goal is always fast and lasting relief. RTT® is designed to be a brief and powerful therapy.
A: Not at all. You are fully aware and in complete control throughout the entire process. Hypnosis is simply a state of focused relaxation, much like being deeply absorbed in a book or a film. You can speak, move, and even open your eyes at any point if you wish.
A: Yes. Whether your overthinking started recently or has been a lifelong habit, RTT® works by accessing the subconscious “root” of the pattern. Because we are updating the belief at its source, it does not matter how long the cycle has been running: the mind is always capable of rewiring for calm.
A: This is very common. You do not need to have the answers before we start. In a relaxed state, your subconscious mind is able to show you the specific moments or beliefs that created the “high alert” response. We find the “why” together during the session.
A: Traditional talk therapy often focuses on the conscious mind, which can take many months to see a shift. RTT® communicates directly with the subconscious, where your habits and reactions are stored. By changing the pattern at this deeper level, we can achieve results much faster than through talking alone
